Refund policy

At Brownie's Pet Hub, we are committed to the health and happiness of your pets. We understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit. Our policy is designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for all our pet parents.

1. Return & Exchange Window

You can initiate a return or exchange request within 10 days of receiving your order.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons (as per pet industry standards), the following categories cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are received in a damaged or spoilt condition:

  • Food & Treats: All edible items.
  • Hygiene Products: Shampoos, conditioners, and grooming tools.
  • Health & Wellness: Supplements and medicines.
  • Litter & Bedding: Used or opened packets of litter, mats, and pet beds.
  • Personalized Items: Any custom-made products.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 - 48 hours of delivery.

  • Requirement: Please share clear photos or an unboxing video of the product and its packaging at support@browniespethub.in or via WhatsApp at +9197736 91933.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order anytime before it has been dispatched. Once the order is "In Transit," it cannot be cancelled.

6. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved Refunds: The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5–7 business days.
  • COD Orders: For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
