Shipping policy

At Brownie's Pet Hub, we know how excited you (and your furry friends) are to receive your goodies! We strive to deliver your orders as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery Timelines

We deliver across India. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Metro Cities: 2 – 4 business days.
  • Rest of India: 5 – 7 business days.
  • Remote Locations: 7 – 10 business days. Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, strikes, or remote locations.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping: We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹1,000/-.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders below ₹1,000/-, a flat shipping fee of ₹50/- will be applied at checkout.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number(s).
  • You can track your package directly through our courier partner’s website using the link provided.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We offer COD services for most pin codes in India.
  • Note: An additional COD convenience fee of ₹50/- may apply to these orders. 

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Brownie's Pet Hub is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if the packaging was tampered with before acceptance.
  • If you receive a damaged parcel, please do not accept the delivery and take a photo of the tampered box.
  • If you find a product damaged inside the box after opening, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a claim within 24–48 hours.

7. Undelivered Orders

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts by the courier, we will contact you. Re-shipping may incur additional shipping charges.
