At Brownie’s Pet Hub, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every product or service. If you're not fully satisfied, please review our refund guidelines below:
1. Product Refunds
You may request a refund for eligible products if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The request is made within 7 days of receiving the item.
The item is unused and in its original packaging.
Non-refundable items include:
Perishable goods (e.g., treats, food)
Grooming or hygiene products that have been opened
Customized or personalized items
2. Service Refunds
Refunds for services (like grooming, consultations, or training) may be granted only if:
You cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled service
The service was not delivered as promised (based on case review)
3. Refund Process
To request a refund:
Email us at orders@browniespethub.com with your order number and reason for the request.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Exchange Policy
For defective or wrong items, we offer free replacements instead of refunds when preferred and available.
